In these contemporary times in which we live in, it is extremely common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we have been, in the era of abundance, having everything we can ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us access to endless amounts of information, anytime tretinoin gel, any moment. Real food, that is basically vegatables and fruits, nutrition wise at the very least (as many would argue on the taste factor), may be the foundation of any nutritious diet, not because it is so important and healthy to eat a well balanced diet with vegetables inside it, but simply because it is food. The others is not food. It may be hard to grasp in the beginning, peeping through the tiny crack that all folks have in our definitions of what food is, and seeing the reality behind the screen of illusion.
Health, true health, cannot be achieved and maintained in any other way. But what is health? I dare you! Try to define it for yourselves. Just do it, take a minute, even 5, and really try to jot down a definition you’ll feel relaxed with for the vague and illusive idea of health.
The Chinese have said that ?health is a state to be in the tao?. Walking the journey, realizing yourself and allowing your true colors showing. It begins with the air we breath, the thoughts we think, also it leans mainly and strongly on the building materials we feed ourselves with. Regularly eating a sensible vegetables nutrition based diet is similar to putting the foundations so necessary for mental balance, an excellent physical feeling, happiness and wellbeing ? Wellness and health play a huge and important part in my own life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I’m presently leading twelve fitness classes weekly that vary from step aerobics, balance and core focus on the large stability ball, lifting weights, modified yoga and many classes that focus on functionality. In the last couple years, I?ve been reading the most recent books and articles on nutrition and anti-aging. What?s touted consistently now is an eating plan of whole, unprocessed foods that discourage inflammation. The anti-inflammatory diet is what seems to have the most health and beauty benefits.
