Kalasin policeman fired, faces prosecution for drunken sexual assault

A senior police officer in northeastern Thailand is dealing with dismissal and legal expenses after drunkenly attempting to grope an adolescent. According to his supervisor, the police lieutenant allegedly “asked the lady if he could touch her non-public parts.”
