Fruit jelly jolt: Wormy shock in in style model’s treat leaves customer queasy

A shocking discovery of worms nestled in a popular brand’s fruit jelly has left a female buyer feeling nauseated. The incident, shared by the lady on the We Are Consumers Facebook group, occurred shortly after buying the product from a convenience retailer.
The lady posted, accompanied by photos, describing her unsettling ordeal.
“Was consuming and found a worm, almost vomited. It’s a properly known model of jelly. Just bought it from a supermarket. Just opened New . Not sure if it got here from the manufacturing line or elsewhere. How can this happen? What can I do now? I already ate one piece earlier than this.”

The jelly, resembling a berry fruit in its external shape and texture, is purple in color. A nearer inspection of the fruit jelly revealed the unsettling presence of worms. Further unnerving was the fact that there were multiple worms, all very much alive, transferring around the jelly treat, reported KhaoSod.
Netizens have been left shocked on the fruit jelly incident, with comments ranging from surprise and disgust to practical advice. Some instructed checking the packaging for any signs of injury, holes, or insect bites, which might have been entry factors for the worms. There was ubiquitous agreement that worms shouldn’t be present in fruit jelly, with some advising the lady to say a refund from the comfort store and report the problem, as different packs from the same batch may need the same drawback.
Netizens had plenty to say about the matter.
“At first, I thought it was a real fruit. Worms in jelly, how is that possible?”

“Check if the pack has any insect bite marks?”

“Good factor it wasn’t swallowed.”

“You can claim a refund and report the issue to the shop where it was bought.”
